Automatically kick defenders from neutral fiefs if they are not ingame 2 minutes before a battle
Defense of neutral fiefs is poor these days as people are unreliable. Make the AI automatically kick defenders that are not ingame right before a battle to make space for new signups.

We're doing pretty much the same thing, but after preparation time instead of before a battle. Sometimes it could be that the game loads for someone while the battle is soon to start, so it wouldn't be very fair towards them. If someone doesn't show up before their preparation time ends though, anyone can join.
