Allow spectators in Militari
Simple, allow anyone that isn't accepted for a battle to spectate. While there may be a chance of ghosting, the minimal benefit of such ghosting compared to the huge benefit for filmmakers and a general audience is vastly preferably.

Even if it happens very rarely, don't you think it would create quite big advantages for those who get helped? They could easily fly over the map and spot what enemies are planning or their formations. Clans could always spare one member to do that, and even if we block clan members from spectating battles their clan takes part in, pretty much every clan has friends in other clans / players without clans.
Two reasons:
1)No, the advantage would be minimal and could be replaced by good scouting/communication anyway.
2) in most battles everyone is lacking people, I’d much rather have one more guy on the field (partly because it’s more fun for him but also because he helps more)
And think of the benefits!
I'd think that any mode should be "spectatable", there should also be options to record the game (store the game state for each frame and replay the game).
