Let anyone be kickable from a battle
Commanders can not be kicked by other commanders if they have accepted themselves. Let anyone be kickable.

Kicking a commander seems a bit strange, since it's his troops (or he's a clan leader). Could you provide a scenario where it would be needed please?
Commander can be both the initiator of the battle and the clan leader. If one or the other has signed up but will fail to show, the other one should be able to decline them
