Give new clans a “starter pack” of troops
Allow new clans to start quicker on the Militari map by giving them a one-time bonus upon first entry to the mode. Give the troops to the clan leader and make it anywhere between 150 and 300 troops.

Agreed, but why limit it to new clans? Everybody should have enough troops in the beginning to do at least one raid right off the bat to experience what it's all about.
“New” as in recently spawned clans - would apply to everyone in the beginning to kickstart Militari
