Allow spectators in Militari
Simple, allow anyone that isn't accepted for a battle to spectate. While there may be a chance of ghosting, the minimal benefit of such ghosting compared to the huge benefit for filmmakers and a general audience is vastly preferably.
Clear win/lose screens
Right now it's really not that clear when you win or lose a battle, raids especially. The round just kinda ends leaving you a little confused if you haven't paid close attention to what happened.
There should be a clear ending screen like "You have won!" "You have lost!" in big bold letters, maybe with some music indicating it.
The camera could also rotate around your body / you standing while the text shows instead of instantly going to the tab menu.
More death feedback
Just like in CRPG (the grandfather of OKAM) I think it would be a good idea to expand the somewhat basic WHO killed WHO info by including a small icon representing the weapon type used to kill someone, eg. a small sword, bow, crossbow, etc. I know from my experience that it great a lof of flavour to the game and most likely is not difficult to implement.
Make bad block more obvious
Make bad blocks more obvious to the bad blocker so that we can hear it and know we should defend the next attack rather than swinging again. I can't hear it well enough even after editing audio settings to favor voice and SFX. please make it more obvious
Death marks on score list
Death marks (like skull, scythe, ghost, X [with different font] or sth.) on list would be easier spotted than just a fade out text.
On team A on left, next to names.
Militari of other regions
Add an option to see the Militari maps of other regions too, I want to see what's going on on the other side of the planet!
More maps in Militari
IF you attack an other palace make it look different at least make the bases around the your main castle not all the same if its a different place make it look different. So I ask for at least 10 different maps so if you take something it does not feel you took that place already 10 times. ty in advance
Not sure how we'll be addressing that yet (manual change, random asset placement, etc.), but it definitely won't be just 2 maps!
Resources - Economy - Upkeep
adding on resources other than troop in order to maintain troop count.
Food, Textiles, Minerals, Lumber, Stone
different fiefs have different resources, geographically influenced (close to water = food, fields = textile, mountains = stone/mineral)
-tradable via player based economy (player chooses how much to sell what amount for)
-gold trade
-clan bank
-world bank (for mercs)
Battle Load out - must maintain resources to have access to
clan leaders / battle commanders can set a loadout for their troops
Option to interact with clans
Would be nice not only to have a text page for clans when you click on their name like it's right now, but an ability to interact with them in some meaningful way.
Like a steam group page: click on "further info" and a page opens where you can see the members, see their current possessions, have a guest book or private messages.
Skills system
I find the current stats description a bit generic, can we have more in depth datas about how they works?
For example, attack speed affect the actual swing speed or just the recovery time between attacks? Running speed affect even the walk speed or just lower the encumbrance cap? Boosting attack gives a +X% damage bonus or a flat one?

Add an image to game loading screen
I wonder why we have black screen with only red loading bar on game start.
Can't you add an image like in battle loading screen (or at least okam logo) + that loading bar?
First load is pretty long and watching black screen is not very interesting.
Some new players can maybe even wonder what is going on.
Revert back to old conquest
Right now the current conquest is barely played as it takes at least 50 players to be fun imo. The old conquest made things much more enjoyable as it created huge battles over 1 flag which changed about the map each round actually making use of the map. Then the death match round after the flag was taken was great fun, i think the fact no one wants to play it says a lot.
"Gladiator" Game Mode (1v1, 2v2, 5v5)
simple competetiv arena: my idea
add a Arena-charakter, with fixed stats and equip -> connected to ranks (for balance)
add ranks from peasant to knight (with fix gear and stats)
add as many statistics as possible (like teamhits, shieldbreaks, kill-streaks...)
create a low-bracket rank to exlude veterans and give new player a good experience and motivation
maybe make it melee only?!
